Privacy Policy
How VerifiedState handles your data.

What we store
VerifiedState stores the assertions, artifacts, and memory you explicitly send to our API. Each item is scoped to your namespace and accessible only to you and agents you authorize.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We do not use your data for advertising.
- We do not train AI models on your stored assertions.
- We do not share your data with other users or namespaces.
Infrastructure
Data is stored in Supabase Postgres (with pgvector for embeddings) and Cloudflare R2 for object storage. All API traffic is served through Cloudflare Workers with TLS encryption in transit.
Retention
Assertions are append-only by design. You can retract assertions (which marks them as retracted but does not delete the underlying data). Full deletion is available on request for GDPR compliance — contact support@verifiedstate.ai.
